Description

This ministry empowers women from areas affected by war and conflict by enhancing their self-esteem, psychological and physical health and participation in the construction of a democratic society .

This ministry motivates humanitarian action (direct support to suffering women) as well as action of long-term developmental nature (construction of a democratic society, advocacy, women economic empowerment etc.).

Responsibilities

In seeking to help these women through our wooden women resource centre , we have tried to:-

- Engage them in adult literacy programs ;

- Train them to improving the productivity, profitability, management and competitiveness of the their small upcoming Micro-enterprises for economic empowerment.

- Sensitize them about safe motherhood and equality of rights between men and women.
